Pressure

1. What pressures are you under? under school pressures 

2. Is all pressure bad, or can some pressures be good? they can be good

3. In what ways are the pressures on you changing as you get older? change the responsibility of this pressures. When you get older you may have children, so that can convert into a very heavy pressure

4. What are the most serious pressures you are feeling? scholar ones

5. Are most of the pressures you feel internal pressures or external pressures? What’s the difference? both of them i think, internal pressures are when you know you need to accomplish something, it can be because of morality or responsibility or maybe because of culture, external ones when somebody tells you what you need to do, like homeworks, going to a dinner with the boss, etc.

6. Can you think of a time when you felt like you were getting a lot of pressure from others, but it turned out that you were actually putting that pressure on yourself? it happens a lot with school, when i see a big task I overthink and I stress, but once I do it I realize it was actually really  easy.
